1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using French HighLevel (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2) Services Provided

French HighLevel provides online French language courses, training, and related educational services. The Service may include free and paid content, video lessons, downloadable materials, and assessments.

3) User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4) Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 16 years or older. If you are under the legal age of consent in your country, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5) Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through the Service (including text, videos, exercises, graphics, logos, and trademarks) is owned or licensed by French HighLevel.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal learning purposes only.

  • You must not copy, share, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the content without written permission.

6) Payments and Refunds

  • Paid courses and subscriptions are billed according to the prices displayed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the course has not been completed or substantially consumed.

  • After this period, or if course content has been accessed in full, no refund will be provided.

7) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Share your account with others

  • Attempt to copy, modify, or disrupt the Service

  • Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the courses will meet your learning objectives or lead to certification outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, French HighLevel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9) Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
